Helping others engage in misconduct
Any action that helps another engage in academic misconduct is also a violation. Helping another engage in misconduct can vary from sharing homework or written assignments to providing exam answers beforehand to assisting someone during an exam. It is important to remember that when you share your academic work, even where you believe you are providing help to a peer, the other student may use that work to submit as their own, with or without alterations. This type of misconduct would constitute an alleged policy violation for both students, particularly where an instructor has indicated work must be completed independently.
