4.1 Intervals: Aural Training exercises

Step 1) Listen to the string of twelve ascending intervals, all played up from the same pitch and ranging from minor second through octave. Each is played twice. Sing along with each the second time it is played. 


Step 2) Label each of the twelve ascending intervals by quality and size.

Step 3) Listen to the string of twelve descending intervals, all played down from the same pitch and ranging from minor second through octave. Each is played twice. Sing along with each the second time it is played.

Step 4) Label each of the twelve descending intervals by quality and size.
