5.4 Figured Bass Notation: Aural Training exercises

Step 1) Listen to the string of ten chords, consisting of either major or minor triads or major-minor 7th chords in various inversions, each played up and down from the bass note given on the staff below (i.e. the given note is the starting pitch, not necessarily the root of the chord) pitch. Each is played twice. Sing along with each the second time it is played. 


Step 2) fill in the remaining notes of the chord above each given bass note on the staff, adding accidentals as necessary (accidentals do not carry over the bar line).
